Many of the studies just focused on the internal factors, which can be used for this purpose. As research specialists, microbiologists from the University of Buffalo in USA today surprised some scientific breakthrough in the understanding of the details of the mechanism of cellular aging – in particular, the scientists found a specific gene responsible for the spread of this mechanism.
Foremost specialists focus on the search for those genes that belong to the class of lipid genes or similar in their properties behavior during long-term experiments on mice, they found the so-called CD36 gene whose main function is to start up the process of aging of living cells, which cease to multiply and begin to degrade.
Applying complex new drugs under the General designation of Stoletov, the researchers found that they do an excellent job with partial blocking of the functions of this gene in mice, thereby increasing their lifespan by 35% and an estimated maintaining the same level of health that at a younger age. Of course, the same result can be achieved in the human body, however, experts agree that fully block the CD36 impossible.
First, because a full stop results in uncontrolled cell division, but it actually means the emergence of cancer cells and tumors in the future. And secondly, the preliminary results show that senility can affect some other features – for example, they accumulate the effect of aging even in newly formed cells, which was initially tested in the laboratory.
